The simplest balance exercise ever! Make sure to practice these exercises on solid, even ground!

Walking is something we all take for granted. But, you may be surprised to find that a daily brisk walk can help you lose weight, reduce the risk for such chronic diseases as heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Walking also strengthens your bones and muscles. In short, it's the easiest and most economical exercise you can do. All you need are a pair of sneakers.
